How Does It Work?

We offer a free 30-minute phone consultation.  We go over your goals and what you want to accomplish, your concerns and challenges, areas that are working or not working for you, and information about your household and preferences.  We also answer any questions you may have about our work process.

On the first visit, we do a walk-through of your home where you show us those areas that are of concern.  You may want to focus on one or two areas, such as an office or garage, or have us evaluate the entire house.  As we formulate a plan and as time allows in the first visit, we may roll up our sleeves and get started.  We may have planned some specific activities from the phone consultation.  For those clients who are visual or feel more comfortable with a written plan, an optional Needs Assessment and Project Plan can be provided.  With your permission, we may take photos to help in developing the plan or finding storage solutions for a particular area.

Fees & Packages

The initial phone consultation is free.

Organizing services, including the initial needs assessment appointment, are charged by the hour, with appointments booked for a minimum of three hours.  We do our best to accommodate your schedule by offering evening and weekend appointments in addition to morning and afternoon appointments, Monday through Friday.

The written Needs Assessment & Project Plan is an additional flat fee.  Depending on the size and scope of a project, we may use an assistant or a team approach.

10 hour package = 10% discount
20 hour package = 15% discount
