A Clear Vision
Solutions for Organizing Your Business & Life

About A Clear Vision
Kimberly Guay, owner of A Clear Vision, is an organizing and productivity consultant. She and her team help busy people develop strategies and find solutions to be more productive in their personal and business lives. Major life events, family and work obligations, crazy overextended schedules, events outside of our control, making do with fewer employees and more demands in today's work environment and everyday stresses can create disorganization.

In addition, each of us is unique in our approach to solving problems and learning new skills. Kim focuses on your needs and what solutions will work for you, in your specific situation.

Kim is a former Senior Vice President in the banking industry with a background in product development, project management, operations, training and human resources, vendor selection and management, risk management and online services.

She is a past Board Member of the San Francisco Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers. As Professional Development Chair, she implemented member educational programs and annual conferences for Professional Organizers.

A Certified Trainer of the GO System and a member of the Network for Productivity Excellence, she offers comprehensive training programs, seminars and one-on-one coaching to enhance productivity and organization in the workplace.  She is a co-author of Insights on Productivity, a book on ideas for getting more done in the workplace.

Kim also holds a Level II Specialist Certificate from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization.

She has a B.A. from Scripps College and post-graduate work in Project Management and Human Resources Development & Training from UC Berkeley.

Kim adheres to the NAPO Code of Ethics. All work, whether in your home or place of business, is completely confidential.

Kim is a life-long learner and continuously searches for new ideas and strategies to help her clients lead productive, balanced and purposeful lives.

Kim is an avid cook and a former certified personal chef.  She also enjoys traveling with her husband, Tim.  Many of the photos on this site are from their travels.  And yes, that's them in the photo at the top on a little island off Antigua.  Nothing beats being unplugged from your Blackberry and laptop.
